Aug 14, 2007 Ravi Kittu, Prashanth Kota and Sankara go on a late night drive to Seattle. This was after Ravi treated us to some Italian fine dining; he prepared nice pasta and served us some good red wine. This was our way of re-living "Sleepless in Seattle" and thus we landed ourselves at Alki Beach, a long beach strip on the puget sound that runs from Alki point to Duwamish point on Elliott bay. Soaked in the dazzling night views of Seattle downtown, space needle and port of seattle while relaxing at the beach. After spending an hour in the chilly weather I had become "Sleepy in Seattle" and we started trudging towards our car. Intend to visit this beach some time during the day to see the spectacular views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and the flotilla of ferries, sailboats, steamships and other craft that ply Puget Sound waters. And, to try some skating here on the awesome skating zones.
